This is valid for six months from the date of purchase, so please check the availability calendar.
You can use the service on any weekday you wish (all hours from 9:00 to 21:00). Continuous use is also possible.

*The piano is tuned regularly. The piano in our salon hall is tuned to 442Hz. We do not offer tuning to any other frequency.

What is included in the price?
Piano, air conditioning, lighting, Wi-Fi, dressing room, parking (reservation required)
Requests regarding the use of the salon hall
◾️Please strictly adhere to the usage time.
◾️Please note that the usage time includes the time for delivery, setup, cleanup, and dismantling.
◾️We cannot refund any fees for damage to the grand piano or other equipment within our facility caused by customer error.
◾️Surveillance cameras are installed in the salon hall and corridors.
◾️Please wear the provided slippers inside the hall. Please note that both the hourly and segmented rental plans are not permitted for competitions, exams, or video shoots for social media.
- For artist photo shoots only, performers may wear concert shoes.
◾️Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the hall. (Only drinks with lids, such as plastic bottles or thermoses, are permitted.)
◾️Please be sure to take all your trash with you.
◾️When you leave, please be sure to return all items in the facility, such as chairs, piano lids, and slippers, to their original positions before you exit.
◾️For instruments that require water draining, please bring a water tray or absorbent sheet to prevent water from spilling onto the floor.
If you are using a cello or double bass, please be sure to have an endpin cover.
◾️Use of prepared pianos and other special playing techniques is prohibited.
◾️Please do not place anything on the piano or piano bench.
◾️Moving the installed piano is prohibited.
◾️The use of electrically amplified instruments, microphones, amplifiers, speakers, etc. is prohibited.
◾️Smoking is prohibited throughout the building.
◾️Bringing in alcohol, open flames, or dangerous materials is strictly prohibited.
◾️ We do not provide any recording or video equipment (monitors, projectors, etc.). Please bring your own.
◾️As this is a residential area, please be considerate of the neighbors and keep quiet, especially when using the facility at night.
◾️For matters not covered in these terms and conditions, please follow the instructions of the operator.
◾️For users of the categorized usage plan, only performers are permitted to wear their performance footwear.

◾️When greeting customers as they leave after a concert or other event, please do so inside the building, regardless of the time.
◾️We use the secure payment service ' Square' for your payments.
