About reservations and cancellations
Hourly Plan
Cancellation fee
Cancellation of 100% of the fee will be charged from 5 days prior to the reservation date.

Reservations can be made from 10 months prior to your desired reservation date .

Reservations can be made through the online form up to one day in advance . For same-day reservations, please call us only, subject to availability.
▪️Reservation change
*You can change your reservation date and time to a different day once , provided it is for the same time slot and the amount you have already paid.
*We cannot shorten the time.
*Please make your request at least 5 days in advance.
Example: Reservation for weekday January 20th (Tue) 10:00-12:00 2,400 yen → Changed to weekday January 28th (Wed) 11:00-13:00 2,400 yen

Cancellation fee
30% of the price if booked 90 days prior to the booking date.
50% of the fee if booked 60 days prior to the booking date.
Cancellation 30 days prior to the reservation date: 100% of the fee
